By accessing or using our Website, including our public booking portal and any related administrative interfaces (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). EliteEscape.ca provides a digital platform for booking private chauffeur-driven transportation services in Canada. The platform consists of:
Our services include, but are not limited to, point-to-point transfers, airport transfers, hourly rentals, and custom long-distance trips as detailed on our Website.
To make a booking, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We reserve the right to disable any user account, at our sole discretion, if we believe you have violated these Terms.
Bookings can be made via the online form, which will provide a price estimate. A booking is only confirmed upon successful payment processing. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any booking.
All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and are subject to 5% GST. Prices for pre-defined routes are fixed. For other services, prices are calculated based on the rates (base fee, included kilometers, and per-kilometer rates) set in our system, which may result in a final price that differs from the initial estimate. Additional charges for extras (e.g., waiting time, extra stops, tolls) may be applied by the chauffeur or administrator and will be included in your final invoice.
All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment processor, Stripe. By providing your payment information, you authorize us to charge the full amount due for your confirmed booking.
Cancellation policies are detailed at the time of booking. Important Notice: The EliteEscape.ca platform itself does not process financial refunds. If a booking eligible for a refund is cancelled, an administrator will initiate a manual refund via the external payment gateway (e.g., Stripe/Square). The platform will display a warning to this effect, but the refund transaction occurs outside the Website.

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, EliteEscape.ca, its affiliates, and its service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
The Service integrates with third-party services, including but not limited to Stripe (payments), Google Maps (mapping), and Firebase (authentication and hosting). Your use of these services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the actions, content, or policies of these third parties.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EliteEscape.ca, its officers, and employees from any claim or demand arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service or these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes to the Terms by posting the new version on the Website. Your continued use after such changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Toronto, Ontario.
