Booking Details:

Information related to your booking (pick-up/drop-off locations, times, service type) is stored in our Firestore database to fulfill your service request and for our internal business records (e.g., chauffeur dispatch, invoicing).

Payment Information:

We use Stripe as our payment processor. All payment card details are entered directly into Stripe's secure systems and are never stored or processed on our servers. We only receive and store a transaction identifier and the last four digits of your card for reference.

3. How We Use Information

The minimal information processed via third parties is used strictly to:

• Create and manage your user account.
• Process, confirm, and manage your transportation bookings.
• Facilitate secure payment transactions.
• Communicate with you regarding your bookings (e.g., confirmations, updates, receipts).
• Ensure the security and proper functioning of our Admin and Client portals.

4. Third-Party Service Providers

Our Service relies on the following trusted third-party services to function. Each has its own privacy policy governing data use:

• Google Firebase/Firestore: Provides the backend database, hosting, and authentication services.
• Stripe: Processes all financial transactions.
• Google Maps API: Provides location autocomplete and mapping features within the booking form.
• Vercel/Google Cloud Platform: Provides application hosting infrastructure.
• Resend/Twilio: For sending transactional emails or SMS (if configured).

We enter into agreements with these providers that prohibit them from using your personal information for any purpose other than providing services to us.

We retain your account and booking information in our Firestore database for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services, comply with legal obligations (e.g., tax records), resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

As we do not store personal data directly outside the described third-party systems, requests to access, correct, or delete your data should be directed to us via the contact information below.
